‘Golf Course Maintenance Manual’ 2009
A comprehensive manual of systems, procedures, worksheets and varying data that will help golf clubs to manage their golf course in a professional and economically viable manner. It includes a policy document, maintenance standards, a budget workbook, job descriptions, training workbooks and numerous plans and records as well as some useful course information. The aim for this ‘Manual’ is to act as main reference book for all who are responsible in the management of the golf course. It comes complete with disc for downloading various spreadsheets including the budget workbook.
